If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. - a cooling-off-period to give you the right to cancel the contract within seven working days of receipt of goods. If we fail to include all the above information, the cancellation period is extended to three months.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, the following terms and conditions will apply on entering www.gigafishline.com and apply to orders placed with Gigafish. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes are shown on www.gigafishline.com. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Gigafish and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we despatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.
PAYMENT TERMS AND TITLE
Payment may be made by paypal or worldpay and should be made with an order unless a credit account has previously been arranged. Payments on credit accounts are due 28 days from date of invoice and should be paid by bank transfer or, if specifically agreed, by cheque or credit card. Any discounts agreed will apply only to amounts paid in accordance with the agreed terms and interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.
Title to goods supplied will remain with Gigafish until all sums due by the purchaser are paid in full.
SERVICE and PRODUCTS
Service is all important to us: We have an established reputation for an efficient and innovative approach, combined with an efficient delivery service We will replace or make a refund in respect of any item which does not arrive in good condition or is lost in transit. This does not affect statutory rights of the purchaser as a consumer.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, CANCELLATION & CLAIMS
We offer the following to our customers in case of a complaint.
- We will deal with a complaint in a fair way.
- All complaints will be handled confidentially.
- All procedures will be easy to use, available on-line and well publicised.
- We will respond within a maximum of 5 working days, although usually within a few hours.
- Keep the customer informed about the progress of the complaint.
We welcome customer feed-back and are always grateful for any comments customers make.
Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing to the vendor within 21 days of the due delivery date.
Should the purchaser, for any reason, request to cancel an order prior to despatch, Gigafish will reimburse the purchaser in full. In the event that the purchaser should cancel the order after despatch Gigafish will refund in full on receipt of the returned prioduct in new condition, less postage costs. In the event of non delivery within the UK due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the purchaser, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the package, Gigafish reserves the right to make a charge for any costs incurred in re-directing or re-sending the order.
